Global QSL has no control over the accuracy of logs received and/or supplied by our users of this system. Accuracy of the "uploaded" log is the responsibility of the amateur supplying the information.

Global QSL can guarantee that the information supplied by the user is the information printed on the QSL cards. Under the automated system it is not possible to alter the data. Global QSL is compliant with DXCC rules and requirements.

Under no circumstances shall Global QSL be liable for any damages caused by your use of the information collected in this system. In particular, no warranties are expressed or implied with regard to information contained herein.

Global QSL reserves the right, to refuse any registration that seems to be a bogus entry. It also reserves the right to ask for documentation about a call sign or dx-pedition.
